Itemized written proposal
You see every layer: deck condition, ice-and-water shield coverage, underlayment, shingle line, ventilation, flashings, eaves, capping. Itemized so you can compare line by line.

Tear-off, dry-in, and install — same week
A typical residential roof is torn off, decked, dried-in with synthetic underlayment, and fully shingled in three to five working days. Your home is never left exposed overnight.

Final inspection with you on the ground
We walk you around the home, hand you a binder of manufacturer warranties, and show you the final photo set drone-shot from above. You sign off only when everything is right.
