When you request an estimate, contact us, or otherwise engage with our services, we may collect the following information you voluntarily provide:

- Details of your roofing or exterior project
- Insurance information (if you are filing an insurance claim through us)
- Communications between you and our team
How we use your information
We use your information solely to provide and improve our services, including:
- Responding to your estimate request and scheduling a site visit
- Preparing and delivering written proposals
- Executing contracted work and providing warranty service
- Filing insurance claims on your behalf, with your consent
- Following up after project completion for quality assurance
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate our business — including a website-form provider (Web3Forms), an email service (Google Workspace), and a customer-relationship system. These providers process your information only as needed to perform their service to us, and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Retention
We retain customer project files (including site assessment notes, written proposals, photographs, and warranty records) for the full duration of your workmanship warranty plus seven years, in accordance with our warranty obligations and applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
