Our liability for any matter arising from a contracted project is limited to the terms set out in the signed proposal for that project.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Hamilton, Ontario.
