A residential roof in Hamilton has to take everything an Ontario climate throws at it: 40°C summers, –25°C winters, freeze-thaw cycles, ice damming, lake-effect snow, and the occasional September wind storm rolling off Lake Ontario. We install accordingly.
Our standard residential system pairs a full ice-and-water shield package (eaves, valleys, penetrations), a synthetic underlayment, GAF Master Elite architectural shingles, ridge-vent ventilation balancing, and copper or coloured aluminum flashings sized to your trim. The roofs we put on in 2003 still look like they were finished last season.

Commercial roofs fail because of seams, penetrations, and ponding — not because of the membrane. Our commercial division specializes in flat and low-slope systems where the install detail matters more than the spec sheet. Every penetration gets a proper boot. Every seam gets a probe test before we leave site.
We work with property managers, general contractors, and building owners across Hamilton, Burlington, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Grimsby, and St. Catharines. Projects range from a single 6,000-sq-ft warehouse to multi-building campus re-roofs phased over a season.

Metal Roofing
Standing-seam steel, copper, and aluminum panel systems engineered for fifty-year service life on Niagara-region homes.
Metal is the longest-lasting residential roof system available — when installed correctly. We use 24-gauge Galvalume or 26-gauge steel panels with concealed-fastener standing-seam profiles, hidden-clip attachment, and ice-and-water shield underlayment across the full deck.
Roof panels are roll-formed on-site to your exact rake-to-rake length, eliminating end-laps. We install copper or matte-painted aluminum flashings, snow guards above doorways and walkways, and full ventilation balancing. The result: a 50-year answer for the roof above your kitchen.

Specialty
Flat Roofs
Modified-bitumen, TPO, and EPDM systems for low-slope residential additions, dormers, and garage roofs.
Hamilton has a lot of older homes with low-slope additions — sunrooms, kitchen bump-outs, garage flats. These need real flat-roof systems, not shingles laid on a 1-in-12 pitch.
We install proper flat-roof systems: torch-down modified-bitumen on smaller residential flats, mechanically-fastened TPO on larger flats and commercial. Every flat gets two layers of cap-sheet membrane, positive drainage, and full peripheral metal flashings.

Eavestroughs fail at the seams. Big-box-store sectional gutters have a seam every 10 feet — every one of them is a future leak. Our seamless aluminum eavestroughs are roll-formed on-site to your exact run length, with no joins except at corners.
We pair them with proper 3" x 4" downspouts (not 2" x 3" — bigger volume, fewer clogs), splash blocks, and optional leaf-guard systems. Installed in one visit, usually in a single day.

When we re-roof a home, we often see siding that should have been replaced years ago. We carry full siding crews so you can do the whole exterior in one project: roof, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and siding all at once. One crew, one project manager, one warranty.
