What's not covered

  • Damage from acts of God beyond manufacturer wind ratings (lightning, falling trees, tornadoes)
  • Damage from foot traffic by non-Platinum personnel
  • Damage from satellite dish, antenna, or solar installation done after our work
  • Interior damage from leaks we are repairing within reasonable response time

Making a claim

Call our office at (905) 555-1234 or email warranty@platinum-roofing.ca. Include your service address, the year your roof was installed (we'll have the file), and a brief description of what you're seeing. A senior crew chief will visit your property within five business days, diagnose the issue, and — if it's a workmanship matter — repair it at our cost.

If the issue traces back to a shingle defect rather than our workmanship, we handle the manufacturer warranty claim on your behalf. You do not need to chase anyone.
